There are some big advantages to blog-style comment threads for discussions on this site. Most importantly, all comments in a thread are maintained at the same location, so it’s very easy to bookmark and keep track of conversations you’re interested in.

Look for upgrades in commenting features in the near future, including live previews and submissions.

We hope you’ll continue to keep this part of our new site active and fun!

I think I like the message board better. People don’t seem to be responding as much to this style. I liked how you could ask everyone questions and post pictures. Start discusions.

Well, I guess talk to the band – we only dropped the link to the forum because people were complaining they couldn’t find show listings – so we gave the menu spot to a shows section.
