Photo Blitz 2006: Winter Edition

At an average rate of 48 shots per hour (posting and captioning), 342 new photos have been added to the site. My vision may be blurry and my fingers may be cramped, but it’s all worth it if these pictures bring joy to any of you (“hey, is that me in that thumbnail? [click] IT IS”).

It was really great to meet all of you! Hopefully we’ll see you again soon, the next time we’re in your town or you’re in ours.

Simon – Glad you like the photo! Unfortunately, I don’t have a picture of you and I together. There might be one out there, but it wasn’t taken with my camera. (I’m no good at self-portraits that don’t involve a mirror for instant reference.) If anyone out there has that shot of Simon and me, please send it to nirmala@controllercontroller.com! (I’d like to see it, too.)

yes, yes, y’all! Waterloo Polar Jam pics up! All the fans REALLY appreciate the countless clicks you went through to post those memories.

I was so surprised when you all came on stage, it seriously made the 9+ hours of snow-filled, cold-footed show coverage worth it. Matt B is right to be stalking you guys. Thanks again for saying hi, keep kickin ass!

Kate – thanks for coming to see us in Moncton!

Kate and Craig – I think the tour with OK Go was pretty tight, meaning we could only play one city in New Brunswick instead of our usual three (Moncton, Fredericton AND Saint John). Luckily, these cities aren’t too far apart, but we’ll probably return to Fredericton and Saint John, as well as Moncton, on our next trip to your province.

Craig – hopefully this time you’ll be able to make it to the show!

yeah sorry i missed that moncton one but hey i made it out to three shows in the fall, better than our friend mark the ghost in ottawa :) if you make it down here before end of summer i’ll be there, after that i’ll be back in ottawa and will see you there!
